So rather than converting all the games to 60hz, i found online a guide of how to mod the dreamcast and change the bios to jap/ntsc and also foce constant 60hz going to crack open the dreamcast tomrorow and get my mate (who rocks with a soldering iron) to do it for me. As far I know it the RF Bios has the developer animation (looks cool) and plays games of any region but I have no idea about the HZ youre talking about, if you mean the image or speed of different region games I from personal experience never had issues playing PAL games in my NTSC System and in color too.
